All of our PC systems come with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If your PC shows any hardware fault during this period, you can return it to us for repair (Shipping fees may apply.). Please note it can take up to 14 days to complete repairs for any warranty claims. Products that need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair may have their own lead times in addition to this, please check with the product manufacturer for their warranty information.
All parts have their own respective manufacturer warranties that vary between 3 & 10 years, as well as lifetime for most RAM modules. Outside of our 1-year warranty period, we are happy to take care of any manufacturer warranty claims for you including installation of new parts for a flat fee of $69 per repair.
Build TimesAll of our PCs are built to order, and the current estimated timeframe for receiving and processing orders, building, testing and shipping is approximately 7 business days, during busy periods there may be delays to these times, orders for PCs with high end graphics cards, such as NVIDIA 3000 series or high end processors such as AMD 5000 series where supply is currently outstripping demand across Australia, or because of overall logistics delays caused by the current Coronavirus affected situation.
Of course, we will do our best to finalise all orders as soon as possible. Please note that no compensation will be offered for any orders that extend past our estimate given above; as it is an estimate for the reasons outlined and in purchasing a system from us you acknowledge this. If you do not agree please reconsider your decision to purchase.
Ready to ShipSystems marked Ready to Ship are subject to a maximum of 2 business days handling. It will then be sent using your chosen shipping method which can vary based on area and carrier selected at checkout.
Upon dispatch you will receive a notification with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery's progress to your door.
